2018 Fall Conference Attendee Information
Join us for our 2018 Fall Conference & Tradeshow, August 28-30, 2018 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound Washington. If you attended our Fall Conference in 2016 you will remember how FUN this was! Bring your family! Meals included are: Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, Breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday.
The room block is open! The rate is $129 per night in a family suite. You will also receive 4 passes to the water slides. If you need to purchase additional passes to the water park you can do so at the Great Wolf Lodge for $50 each. You can make your reservation by calling the Great Wolf at 866-941-9653 or online at https://www.greatwolf.com/grand-mound. You must use the special code, 1808ERWOW to receive the discounted rate. The room block rate ends August 9. Check back often. **Update: There is an additional room block at the Fairfield by Marriott just down the road from the Great Wolf. The rate is $129 per night. If you would like to enter our Water Taste Test please fill out the form below and we will mail you a taste test packet. You can request more than one sample for your system. Multiple entries are excepted from your system. Your system must be a member. The winner of the Water Taste Test will win a trip back to the National Rural Water Rally in Washington D.C February 2019 to represent Washington State in the National Rural Water Sponsored Great American Water Taste Test. Also, the whole crew will receive a T-Shirt!
• Please bring your water sample to the conference registration desk no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday, August 28.
• Systems submitting samples must certify that they have not had a MCL violation for the past twelve months.
• You may enter more than one sample. Please write the name of each source on the label.
• A panel of judges will be selected to rate samples based on taste, odor, and clarity.
