The class will discuss Membranes as they relate to the wastewater industry (MBR Systems). We will review membrane technology terminology, membrane materials make up and pore size in relationship to filtration processes such as ultra filtration, and micro filtration used in Wastewater Treatment. Cleaning technologies, testing, common issues associated with MBR Systems and Repair of fibers as they relate to wastewater applications. Treatment plants and case studies.
